摘 要:地质灾害治理工程是有效防范地质灾害风险、避免人员伤亡的根本手段,地质灾害防治资质管理是保障地质灾害工程治理质量的有效措施。通过梳理福建省地质灾害防治资质的基本情况,发现资质管理中面临源头资料审查难度较大、过程质量监管手段有限、事后违法惩戒力度不大等问题,针对性提出畅通查询核验渠道、全过程管控工程质量、加大违规惩戒力度等对策建议,促进全省地质灾害市场更加健康有序运转。Geological disaster engineering management is a fundamental means to effectively prevent geological disaster risks and avoid casualties.Geological disaster qualification management is an effective measure to ensure the quality of geological disaster management projects.By combing the basic situation of geological disaster qualification in Fujian Province,this paper sorts out the difficulties faced in the qualification management,such as the difficulty of source data review,the limited means of process quality supervision,and the lack of illegal punishment after the event,then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as smoothing the channels of inquiry and verification,controlling the quality of the whole process,and increasing the intensity of illegal punishment,so as to promote the healthy and orderly operation of the geological disaster market.
