摘 要:科技创新是产业生态化与生态产业化融合发展的根本动力,推进农业绿色发展,必须坚持创新发展新理念,充分发挥农业科技创新的支撑和引领作用。基于2011—2022年面板数据,运用改进的熵值法,对福建省农业科技创新能力进行评价,并将其与其他省(市、区)进行差异性比较。结果表明:福建省农业科技创新能力呈现逐年上升趋势,综合得分由2011年的0.0996上升到2022年的0.2323,提高了2.33倍,综合实力排名从全国第20位跃升到第14位,从东部地区第10位上升到第8位。然而福建省农业科技创新总体能力位于全国中等水平,与先进省份相比仍有较大提升空间。实践表明,农业科技创新对福建省农业绿色发展具有明显的正向影响与推动作用。对此,结合发展实际提出5点对策建议:强化农业科技创新引领作用,制定发展规划;改进农业科技创新顶层设计,组织协同攻关;加大新品种新技术研发力度,实施集成推广;促进农业新质生产力的应用,推动科技创业;重视乡村绿色产业人才培养,支撑持续发展。In order to promote the green development of agriculture,it is necessary to adhere to the new concept of innovation and development,and give full play to the supporting and leading role of agricultural science and technology innovation.Based on the panel data from 2011 to 2022,the improved entropy value method is applied to evaluate the agricultural science and technology innovation capacity of Fujian Province and compare it with other provinces(municipalities and districts)in terms of differences.The results show that the agricultural science and technology innovation capacity of Fujian Province presents a rising trend year by year,the comprehensive score increases from 0.0996 in 2011 to 0.2323 in 2022,which is 2.33 times higher,and the ranking of the comprehensive strength jumps from the 20 th to 14 th in China,and from the 10 th to 8 th in the eastern region.However,the overall capacity of agricultural science and technology innovation in Fujian Province is in the middle level of the country,there is still much to improve comparing with the advanced provinces.Practically speaking,agricultural science and technology innovation in Fujian Province has an obvious positive impact on the green development of agriculture and promote the role.In this regard,this study proposed five countermeasures combined with the actual development,including strengthening the leading role of agricultural science and technology innovation,development planning;strengthening the top-level design of agricultural science and technology innovation,and organize collaborative research;strengthening the research and development of new varieties and new technologies,and the implementation of the integration and promotion;strengthening the application of the new agricultural productivity,and promoting scientific and technological entrepreneurship;and strengthening the cultivation of rural green industry talent,to support the sustainable development.
