摘 要:物联网能促进信息化与现代化高度融合,信息有效传输是物联网中的一个重要环节,而5G的应用场景之一海量机器类通信(Massive Machine Type Communication,mMTC)能满足物联网用户数量众多的需求,这种场景需要主动检测活跃用户。为了简化用户检测,首先用户发送导频跳频序列,其次基站根据接收到的能量来检测活跃用户。通过比较不同的用户检测方法,提出了一种非负最小二乘(Non Negative Least Square,NNLS)算法,采用压缩感知技术来完成无授权随机接入活跃用户的检测。仿真结果表明,与其他几种经典算法相比,NNLS算法提升了漏检概率和虚警概率性能,可以更好地为物联网提供有效的信息传输。The IoT(Internet of Things)can promote the high integration of informatization and modernization,and effective information transmission is an important link in the IoT.One of the 5G application scenarios,mMTC(massive Machine Type Communication),can precisely meet the needs of a large number of IoT users,which requires active detection of active users.In order to simplify the user detection,first users send pilot frequency hopping sequences,and then base stations detect the active user based on the received energy.By comparing different user detection methods,a NNLS(Non Negative Least Squares)algorithm is proposed,which uses compressed sensing technology to detect active users in unauthorized random access.Simulation results indicate that the NNLS algorithm improves the performance of missed detection probability and false alarm probability compared to other classical algorithms,thus it can better provide effective information transmission for IoT.
