鲜食玉米低损摘穗输送装置的研制

摘　　要：为解决鲜食玉米和种穗玉米在摘穗和拨禾输送过程中发生果穗碰撞造成果穗籽粒破损率较高的难题研制了一种具有低损摘穗输送装置的玉米收获割台,该割台基于普通玉米收获割台进行优化,将传统的六棱拉茎辊更换为自制的交错斜切刀式拉茎辊,可对果穗柄进行预切割,从而降低摘穗过程中果穗与摘穗板的拉拽冲击,将刚性拨禾链和螺旋集料输送器改为柔性橡胶拨禾带和左右柔性橡胶果穗收集输送装置,同时搭配螺旋拨禾器对偶然出现的少量断茎秆进行辅助喂入输送,以降低鲜食玉米果穗破损率,试验结果表明玉米果穗破损率降低了20%~30%,该研究结果可为鲜食玉米的采收提供参考。In order to solve the problem of high damage rate of fresh corn and seed corn on the cob caused by ear collision during ear picking and ear shifting,a corn harvester with low-loss ear picking and conveying device was developed,the device was optimized based on the common corn harvester,which replaced the traditional six-edge pulling stem roller with the self-made staggered inclined cutter pulling stem roller,and pre-cut the ear stalk,in order to reduce the pulling impact between the ear and the ear-picking plate during the ear-picking process,the rigid ear-pulling chain and the screw aggregate conveyor were changed into the rubber flexible ear-pulling belt and the rubber flexible ear-collecting and conveying device,at the same time,a small number of broken stalks were fed and transported with a screw grabber to reduce the breakage rate of fresh corn ear,which was reduced by 20%-30%,the results provide a reference for harvesting fresh corn.
