摘　　要：新疆玉米种子加工方式主要有带皮果穗加工、不带皮果穗加工和籽粒加工3种,带皮果穗加工需要剥皮设备,对籽粒的损伤小,但直接将果穗烘干到含水率为13%左右,能耗较高。不带皮果穗加工需要分别对果穗和籽粒进行烘干,能耗相对较低。籽粒加工采用摊晒自然干燥,但是对籽粒的损伤较大。通过调研发现,目前不带皮果穗加工是使用最多的加工方法。There are three main types of corn for seed processing in Xinjiang:processing with peeled ears,processing without peeled ears,and processing with seeds.Processing with peeled ears requires peeling equipment,which causes minimal damage to the seeds,and drying the ears directly to a moisture content of 13%,but with high energy consumption.Processing without peeled ears requires separate drying of ears and seeds,with relatively low energy consumption.The seeds processing adopts natural drying by spreading and sun drying,which will cause significant damage to the seeds.Through the research,it was found that processing without peeled ears is currently the most used processing method.
