摘  要:汽车在运行过程中,轮毂轴承由于受到径向载荷、轴向载荷以及其他相关因素的影响,使得轮毂轴承温度升高,而温度升高会加剧轮毂轴承的磨损,其磨损又会导致轮毂轴承升温的正相关负面影响。因此,在轮毂疲劳试验的过程中,通过热电偶点接触式的方法对轮毂轴承内圈的温度进行监控,直观掌握轴承内圈温度的变化,也为轴承优化以及其他相关研究提供客观,有效的数据支撑。During the operation of a car,the hub bearings are affected by radial and axial loads,as well as other related factors,resulting in an increase in the temperature of the hub bearings.The increase in temperature will exacerbate the wear of the hub bearings,which in turn will have a positive and negative impact on the temperature rise of the hub bearings.Therefore,in the process of wheel fatigue testing,the temperature of the inner ring of the wheel hub bearing is monitored through the thermocouple point contact method,which intuitively grasps the changes in the temperature of the inner ring of the bearing and provides objective and effective data support for bearing optimization and other related research.
