摘  要:本文主要着重讨论轿车侧围零件的材料利用率提升问题。针对的问题点在于轿车侧围顶盖侧和门槛侧、拉延筋工艺方案、板料开卷棑样方案。之所以选择顶盖侧和门槛侧做为提升材料利用率的重点,因为顶盖侧工艺方案的选择、拉伸深度、开卷棑样等对整个零件的品质和材料利用率有很大的影响,并且对于模具的设计制造调试有重要意义。This article mainly discusses the issue of improving the material utilization rate of car side wall components,focusing on the process plans for the car side wall top cover side,threshold side,and drawbead,as well as the plate uncoiling layout plan.The reason why the top cover side and the threshold side are selected as the key points to improve the material unilization rate is because the selection of the top cover side process plan,drawing depth,and uncoiling layout have a significant impact on the quality and material utilization rate of the entire part,and are of great significance for the design,manufacturing,and debugging of the mold.
