摘 要:主要介绍了涂装磷化废液减量化处理的研究进展,讨论了常规处理和新型处理工艺、新型功能性药剂的开发从功能药剂的选择、反应条件的优化、污泥沉渣状态、出水洁净程度尤其是除镍效果、除磷效果、污泥产量等方面进行分析比较。从实际运行来看在选定的投加量和pH条件下,总磷、总镍等污染指标的去除均有良好效果,废液缩减量大于70%。The article mainly introduces the research progress of reducing the treatment of phosphating waste paint,discusses the development of conventional and new treatment processes,as well as the development of new functional agents.The analysis and comparison are conducted from aspects such as the selection of functional agents,optimization of reaction conditions,sludge sedimentation status,water cleanliness level,especially nickel removal efficiency,phosphorus removal efficiency,and sludge yield.From practical operation perspective,under the selected dosage and pH conditions,good effects are achieved in removing pollution indicators such as total phosphorus and total nickel with a reduction rate of waste liquid exceeding70%.
