摘  要:在南山煤矿2号涌水区域治理过程中,一个注浆孔出现了大流量高压水涌出现象。由于长期受到顶板淋水的影响,巷道顶板的稳定性和强度降低,原孔口管存在安全隐患。通过在原孔口内安装新的深入稳定基岩的孔口管,采用“壁间注浆固管法”施工技术解决了上述难题。新孔口管承受压水试验压力达4.8 MPa,成功完成了后续注浆堵水施工。本工法适用于带水或者原孔口管失效情况下的注浆作业,并可为类似工程设计及工程施工提供参考。During the treatment process of the No.2 water inflow area in Nanshan Coal Mine,a large flow of high-pressure water gushed out from a grouting hole,due to long-term exposure to roof water,the stability and strength of the roadway roof decrease,posing a safety hazard to the original hole pipe.By installing a new borehole pipe deep into the stable bedrock within the original borehole,the above-mentioned problems were solved through the“wall grouting and pipe fixing method”,the new orifice pipe can withstand a pressure of 4.8 MPa during the water pressure test,and the subsequent grouting and water blocking construction was successfully completed.This method is suitable for grouting operations with water or when the original orifice pipe fails,and can be used as a reference for similar engineering design and construction.
