摘  要:随着国家“深地”战略行动的开展,石油钻探朝着深层、超深层发展,研究高性能处理剂和提高现有处理剂的综合效果(抗温抗盐、高温稳定性、剪切稳定性等),对于推动处理剂技术进步、满足高温高压钻井需求具有重要作用。中石化中原石油工程有限公司采用可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)聚合方式,突破聚合物受线性结构的限制,合成钻井液用抗高温超支化乳液聚合物,并实现工业化生产。结果表明:相同化学组分的超支化乳液聚合物相对于线性聚合物黏度效应低,抗温、抗盐能力大幅度提升,现场应用300余井次,表现出良好的抗温、抗盐、抗剪切能力,且加量低、维护周期长,有效解决了深井超高温高密度钻井液悬浮稳定性、盐钙及碳酸根污染等技术难题。With the implementation of the national“deep ground”strategic action,oil drilling is developing towards deep and ultra deep layers.Researching high-performance treatment agents and improving the comprehensive effects of existing treatment agents(such as temperature and salt resistance,high temperature stability,shear stability,etc.)plays an important role in promoting the advancement of treatment agent technology and meeting the needs of high-temperature and high-pressure drilling.Sinopec Zhongyuan Oilfield Service Corporation adopts reversible addition fracture chain transfer(RAFT)polymerization to break through the restriction of linear structure of polymer,synthesize high-temperature hyperbranched lotion polymer for drilling fluid,and realize industrial production.Results showed that the hyperbranched lotion polymer with the same chemical composition had a low viscosity effect compared with the linear polymer,and its temperature resistance and salt resistance had been greatly improved.More than 300 well times of field application showed that it had good temperature resistance,salt resistance and shear resistance,with low dosage and long maintenance period.It effectively solved the technical problems such as the suspension stability of deep well ultrahigh temperature high-density drilling fluid,salt calcium and acid radical pollution.
