摘 要:近年来,随着页岩油气、煤层气、天然气水合物等非常规能源资源勘探开发的深入,对钻井取心技术提出了更高的要求。钻井取心可以直接获得真实可靠的地下岩层的有关资料,为资源评价、储量评估提供详实的实物地质资料。通过梳理近十年来国内在钻井取心工具方面的进展,总结了页岩气、煤层气勘探、天然气水合物勘查等特殊地层用的取心工具技术特点。重点介绍了海洋天然气水合物保温保压取样器,页岩气、煤层气勘探用绳索取心工具、大直径提钻取心工具、陆域密闭保压取样器。围绕非常规能源资源勘探的特点提出了取心工具的研发方向,为钻井工程取心技术研究提供有益的参考。In recent years,with the in-depth exploration and development of unconventional energy resources such as shale oil and gas,coalbed methane and natural gas hydrate,higher requirements have been put forward for coring drilling technology.Coring can directly obtain real and reliable relevant data of underground rock formations and provide detailed physical geological data for resource evaluation and reserve assessment.This paper reviewed the progress of domestic coring tools over the past decade and summarizes the technical characteristics of coring tools for special formations such as shale gas,coalbed methane and natural gas hydrate exploration.The focus is on introducing the insulated and pressurized coring,wireline coring tool for shale gas and coalbed methane exploration,large-diameter coring tool and the onshore pressure coring tool.In addition,the research and development direction of coring tools has been proposed based on the characteristics of unconventional energy resource exploration.By reviewing the above research progress,useful references are provided for the research of coring technology in drilling engineering.
