摘  要:在黔北地区溶洞、裂缝、破碎、地下水等不良地层中的反井钻穿越工程中经常遇到泥浆严重漏失、卡钻、烧钻、憋钻等钻井事故,严重影响钻进和扩孔施工。针对以上问题,归纳总结了规避、注浆充填、堵漏、套管隔离、强行钻进五种不良地层的施工处理技术,形成了以轨迹规避和高分子堵漏材料为核心的反井钻铺管关键技术,在黔北8个反井钻科研项目中进行验证,取得了良好应用效果,弥补了传统水平定向钻铺管工艺的不足,为国内外其他地区实施类似钻井工程提供借鉴。In raise boring crossing projects in bad formations,such as Karst caves,cracks,fractures,and groundwater in northern Guizhou,drilling accidents,for example serious mud loss,sticking,burning and swabbing are often encountered,which seriously affect drilling and reaming construction.In response to these issues,the preliminary surveying is strengthened and five construction treatment techniques for avoiding,grouting and filling,plugging,casing isolation and forced drilling through bad formations were summarized to form a key technology for pipeline installation by raise boring with particle detection and high molecular sealing materials as the core.This technology was verified in 8 raise boring research projects in northern Guizhou with good application effects,which makes up for the shortcomings of traditional horizontal directional drilling and provides a reference for similar drilling projects in other regions at home and abroad.
