摘 要:自钻井技术大量应用于能源开采行业以来,取得了非常辉煌的成果,从石油天然气钻井到反井钻穿越铺管施工,钻井设备、钻井理论方法、钻井应用领域不断革新,但钻井施工过程中可能面对的各种不良地层基本不变。溶洞作为不良地层因素的一种,在钻井施工中尤为常见,一般采取以避为主,治理为辅的策略。反井钻穿越施工作为浅表地质钻探的一个分支,穿越轨迹有效避开溶洞对项目实施最终效果有决定性意义,在拟穿越轨迹上精准探测溶洞成为重中之重。以遵义市习水县某反井钻穿越工程为例,介绍了反井钻穿越施工中常规的一些溶洞探测方法,同时引入一种全新的溶洞探测方法--量粒子探测技术,针对施工中溶洞探测方法进行比较优选,为国内其他地区实施类似工程提供参考。Since the extensive application of drilling technology in energy development industry,it has achieved remarkable results with constant innovation from oil and gas drilling to pipe crossing construction by raise boring,drilling equipment,theory and application fields.However,various adverse strata that may be faced during drilling remain basically unchanged.As a type of adverse geological factor,karst caves are particularly common in drilling construction,and generally adopt a strategy of avoidance as the main approach and treatment as a supplement.As a branch of shallow geological drilling,raise boring has a decisive significance on the final effect of project implementation by effectively avoiding caves in the crossing trajectory.Accurate detection of caves on the proposed trajectory becomes the top priority.Taking a raise boring project in Xishui County of Zunyi City as an example,this paper introduces some conventional methods and a new method-particle detection technology for detecting caves in raise boring.compares and optimizes the karst cave detection methods during construction,which provides a reference for similar projects in other regions of China.
