摘　　要：保压取心是一种能够保持或接近地层压力的特殊取心技术,它采用特殊结构和材料制成,能够在钻取岩心的过程中保持岩心内部的气体、液体等流体处于原始状态,从而准确反映地层的真实情况。针对煤层气保压取心需求,研制TKP194-80B型保温保压取心钻具,采用了保温保压技术、高压密封、液压差动等关键技术。配置煤层气取心特种密闭封堵液,减少钻井液对岩心污染。在山西吕梁、内蒙鄂尔多斯等地区开展保压取心应用,研究结果表明,该取心工具保压性能可靠,技术方案可行,为煤层气勘探开发提供装备技术支撑。Pressure holding coring is a special coring technique that can maintain or approach formation pressure.It is made of special structures and materials,which can keep the gas,liquid and other fluids inside the core in their original state during the drilling process,accurately reflecting the true situation of the formation.TKP194-80B insulation and pressure coring drilling tool has been developed to meet the demand for coalbed methane pressure maintenance.Key technologies such as insulation and pressure maintenance,high-pressure sealing,and hydraulic differential have been adopted.Configure special sealed sealing fluid for coalbed methane coring to reduce drilling fluid contamination of rock cores.The application of pressure holding coring has been carried out in areas such as Lvliang in Shanxi and Ordos in Inner Mongolia.The research results show that the coring tool has reliable pressure holding performance and feasible technical solutions,providing equipment and technical support for coalbed methane exploration and development.
