摘 要:随着钻探深度的不断加大,井下的高温环境对钻井液的耐温性要求也越来越高。针对钻井液的抗温性和老化性的研究需求,研制了一种最高工作温度300℃的高温滚子炉。为了测试优化该装置的内部温度均匀性,通过散热实验对比分析了不同的加热板形式、轴流与离心的扇叶形式以及扇叶尺寸散热效果。结果显示,选用长带式宽板电阻加热板加热和高速大直径轴流扇叶能够更加均匀散热,因此高温滚子炉选用长带式宽板电阻加热和高速大直径轴流扇叶设计。选用该设计的高温滚子炉,在150℃、280℃、300℃不同温度下散热降温,炉内不同点的温差小于2℃,符合高温滚子炉的设计指标。With the continuous increase of drilling depth,the high temperature environment underground also requires higher temperature resistance of drilling fluid.A high-temperature roller oven with a maximum working temperature of 300℃ has been developed to meet the research needs of temperature resistance and aging resistance of drilling fluids.In order to test and optimize the internal temperature uniformity of the device,heat dissipation experiments were conducted to compare and analyze the heat dissipation effects of different heating plate forms,axial and centrifugal fan blade forms and fan blade sizes.The results show that using a long-belt wide resistance heating plate for heating and high-speed large-diameter axial flow fan blades can achieve more uniform heat dissipation.Therefore,the high-temperature roller oven adopts a long-belt wide resistance heating plate and high-speed large-diameter axial flow fan blade design.The high-temperature roller oven designed in this way is used to dissipate heat and cool down at different temperatures of 150℃,280℃ and 300℃.The temperature difference at different points inside the oven is less than 2℃,which meets the design specifications of the high-temperature roller oven.
