摘  要:钻机采用高能量密度锂电池驱动,突破了传统浅层钻机依靠燃油驱动的技术、安全和环保等壁垒,通过回转工艺,实现对硬岩的钻进与取样。轻便新能源电动钻机的锂电池、给进/起升电机和动力头电机,严格控制每一个模块的重量,性能既要求可靠,又要发挥到最优,且该钻机配置设备控制和数显系统。为检验钻机能力,在周口店进行了实钻试验,在钻进过程中,采集和存储了钻机的功率、主轴转速、扭矩、给进速度、钻进压力等关键参数,实现过程监测和后期数据分析。通过实钻试验,分析了钻探参数随钻进深度的变化。验证了该钻机可以适应各种复杂地层,避免埋钻事故。该给进/起升机构解放了人力,实现了自动给进;同时可以调节给进力的大小,可以模拟人力,进行恒力/恒速2种模式给进。钻机还具有一定的故障诊断能力,为后续电动钻机的研发提供了基础。The drilling rig is driven by high-energy density lithium batteries,which breaks through the technical,safety and environmental barriers of traditional shallow drilling machines driven by fuel oil.It can do drilling and sampling in hard rocks through rotary technology.The lithium battery,feeding/lifting motor and power head motor of the lightweight new energy electric drilling machine are strictly limited in the weight of each module,and required reliable and optimal performance.The drilling machine is equipped with equipment control and digital display system.To verify the capability of drilling machine,a real drilling test was conducted at Zhoukoudian.During the drilling process,key parameters such as power,spindle speed,torque,feed rate and drilling pressure were collected and stored to achieve process monitoring and later data analysis.Through actual drilling experiments,the variation of drilling parameters with drilling depth was analyzed,which verified that this drilling machine can adapt to various complex formations and avoid drilling accidents,the lifting mechanism has freed up manpower and achieved automatic feeding.At the same time,the feeding force can be adjusted and can simulate human labor and perform two modes of feeding:constant force or constant speed.This drilling machine also has certain fault diagnosis capabilities,which provides a foundation for subsequent development of electric drilling machine.
