摘  要:为进一步查明山东省兰陵县古林-兰陵矿区小寨子-古林矿段铁矿矿层产状、厚度及品位等情况,加强矿体控制程度,探明资源储量,按照勘探间距加密钻孔。2023~2024年度,矿区布设9个钻孔,矿区上部为泥岩地层,岩石硬度低、可钻性低,易造斜,钻探过程中均出现不同程度偏斜状况。针对此情况,采用了电磁波随钻测量系统联合螺杆钻具进行纠斜,承担的ZK1101钻孔经过4次、ZK1102钻孔经过1次纠斜作业,经偏移距计算,满足靶点允许偏移距范围要求。电磁波随钻测量系统能够实时捕获所钻位置顶角、方位角等数据,利用极低频率电磁波传递收据,与泥浆脉冲随钻测量系统相比,不受泵压、泵量和冲洗液性质影响,具有时效高、实时性高、可靠性高、维护成本低等优点。电磁波随钻测量系统配合螺杆钻具在兰陵铁矿勘查项目的成功应用,解决了钻孔轨迹偏离的技术问题,同时为今后深部地质岩心钻探施工孔身轨迹控制提供了借鉴。In order to further investigate the occurrence,thickness and grade of the iron ore layer in Xiaozhaizi Gulin section of Gulin Lanling mining area in Lanling County,Shandong Province,strengthen the control of ore body and explore resource reserves,drilling holes will be increased according to the exploration spacing.In 2023-2024,9 boreholes will be drilled in this mining area.The upper part of mining area is composed of mudstone formations with low rock hardness and low drillability which are prone to inclination and varying degrees of deviation occurred during drilling process,.In response to this situation,an electromagnetic wave while drilling(EMWD)measurement system combined with a screw drilling tool was used for inclination correction.ZK1101 borehole underwent four inclination correction and ZK1102 borehole underwent one inclination correction,both meet the allowable offset range requirements of the target point according to offset calculation.The electromagnetic wave while drilling measurement system can capture real-time data,such as the top angle and azimuth angle of the drilled position,and use extremely low frequency electromagnetic waves to transmit data.Compared with mud pulse while drilling measurement system,it is not affected by pump pressure,volume or flushing fluid properties,but also has the advantages of high timeliness,real-time performance,high reliability and low maintenance costs.The successful application of electromagnetic wave while drilling measurement system combined with screw drilling tools in the exploration project of Lanling Iron Mine has resolved the technical issues of borehole trajectory deviation and also provides a reference for future borehole trajectory control in deep geological core drilling in the future.
