关于哈尔滨市高端智能农机装备发展的思考

摘　　要：哈尔滨市是黑龙江省的省会城市,也是全国耕地面积最大的省会城市,粮食产量占黑龙江省粮食总产量的六分之一。国家选定在黑龙江省设立高端智能农机装备研发制造推广应用的先导区。借此机遇,哈尔滨市应大力发展高端智能农机装备,更好地肩负起维护国家粮食安全的使命,确保中国人的饭碗牢牢端在自己手中。通过考察调研介绍了哈尔滨市农机装备制造产业发展现状,分析了产业优势和不足,提出了发展高端智能农机装备的建议,为哈尔滨市高端智能农机装备的发展提供思路。Harbin is the capital city of Heilongjiang Province and the capital city with the largest cultivated land area in the country,accounting for one-sixth of the total grain output of Heilongjiang Province.The state has selected Heilongjiang Province to set up a pilot area for the R&D,manufacturing,promotion and application of high-end intelligent agricultural machinery equipment.Taking this opportunity,Harbin should vigorously develop high-end intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment,better shoulder the mission of safeguarding national food security,and ensure that the rice bowl of Chinese is firmly in their hands.Through investigation and investigation,the development status of Harbin agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry was introduced,the industrial advantages and shortcomings were analyzed,and suggestions for the development of high-end intelligent agricultural machinery equipment were put forward,so as to provide ideas for the development of high-end intelligent agricultural machinery equipment in Harbin.
