云服务模式下农机装备维修资源选择与服务调度研究

摘　　要：考虑传统农机维修服务模式的不足和国内农机化发展新形势的要求,引入云服务理念和先进信息技术,提出了云维修服务模式。根据构建的云维修服务概念模型,阐明了农机装备云维修服务的运行原理,分析了云服务环境下的农机装备维修资源选择与服务调度的基本流程。将农机装备云维修服务调度过程归结为考虑维修服务能力匹配与多旅行商路线优化的综合问题,构建农机装备云维修服务资源选择与服务调度联合优化模型。选择多染色体遗传算法,并用Matlab编程进行实例求解,得到了满意的维修资源选择与服务调度方案,验证了模型的有效性。Considering the shortcomings of traditional agricultural machinery maintenance service mode and the requirements of the new situation of domestic agricultural mechanization development,the concept and advanced information technology of cloud service are introduced,and the cloud maintenance service mode is proposed.According to the concept model of cloud maintenance service,the operation principle of agricultural machinery equipment cloud maintenance service was clarified,and the basic process of agricultural machinery equipment maintenance resource selection and service scheduling under cloud service environment was analyzed.The scheduling process of agricultural machinery equipment cloud maintenance service is summarized as a comprehensive problem considering maintenance service capability matching and multi traveling salesman route optimization,and a joint optimization model of agricultural machinery equipment cloud maintenance service resource selection and service scheduling is constructed.The multi chromosome genetic algorithm is selected,and the Matlab programming is used to solve the problem.The satisfactory scheme of maintenance resource selection and service scheduling is obtained,and the validity of the model is verified.
