摘  要:伺服控制技术是数控加工领域中的关键技术之一,可以显著提高数控加工精度、效率和灵活性。该文通过分析伺服控制技术在数控机床、切削工具和工件定位等方面的应用,阐明了其对提高加工质量、降低能耗和缩短加工周期的积极影响,同时对当前伺服控制技术存在的挑战和问题进行剖析,提出了在精度、响应速度和智能化方面的提升方向。为数控加工领域的持续发展提供了有益参考。研究结果通过深入研究伺服控制技术的应用和发展方向,有望推动数控加工技术迈向更高水平,满足日益复杂和多样化的制造需求。Servo control technology is one of the key technologies in the field of CNC machining,which can significantly improve the precision,efficiency and flexibility of CNC machining.With two aspects of servo control technology application value and technology enhancement,this paper analyzes the application of servo control technology in CNC machine tools,cutting tools and workpiece positioning,etc.,and clarifies its positive impact on improving machining quality,reducing energy consumption and shortening machining cycle time,and at the same time,analyzes the current challenges and problems of servo control technology,and puts forward the enhancement of precision,responsiveness and intellectualization.The direction is proposed to improve the precision,response speed and intelligentization.It provides a useful reference for the continuous development of CNC machining field.The results of the research through in-depth study of the application and development direction of servo control technology,is expected to promote CNC machining technology to a higher level,to meet the increasingly complex and diverse manufacturing needs.
