摘 要:新能源汽车具有低排放、低能耗、环保节能等特点,是推动汽车产业向清洁、高效方向发展的重要途径之一。驱动电机作为新能源汽车的核心动力系统,其性能和稳定性对整车性能至关重要。由于特殊的工作环境和复杂的系统结构,驱动电机故障的诊断与分析成为新能源汽车维修中的关键问题。该文基于新能源汽车驱动电机故障评定指标,系统阐述了永磁同步电机和直流电机结构组成、故障类型及诊断方法。旨在为新能源汽车驱动电机故障诊断与维修提供参考与借鉴,促进新能源汽车技术的进一步发展与应用。New Energy Vehicle has the characteristics of low emission,low energy consumption,environmental protection and energy saving,which is one of the important directions to promote the development of automobile industry in the direction of cleanliness and high efficiency.As the core power systems of New Energy Vehicles,the performance and stability of drive motors are crucial to the performance of the whole vehicle.due to the special working environment and complex system structure,the diagnosis and analysis of drive motor faults has become a key issue in the maintenance of new energy vehicles.Based on the new energy vehicle drive motor fault evaluation indexes,this article systematically describes the structural composition of permanent magnet synchronous motors and DC motors,the types of faults and their diagnostic methods.The results of are intended to provide reference and reference for the diagnosis and maintenance of new energy vehicle drive motor faults,and to promote the further development and application of new energy vehicle technology.
