摘  要:为了提高石油管用钢钢包自动开浇率,降低烧氧引流、裸浇等异常操作对钢水洁净度的影响,进而提高管坯质量,深入分析了钢包状况、热修操作、电炉出钢口使用次数及形状、电炉出钢操作、冶炼材质及引流砂理化性能等对钢包自动开浇率的影响,并从调整钢包出钢位置、优化出钢口形状、提高座砖抗侵蚀性能、规范热修操作及优化引流砂理化指标等方面,提出改善钢包自动开浇率的措施。采取相应措施后,钢包自动开浇率从原来的90.4%提高至99%以上。In order to improve the self-opening rate of steel ladle in petroleum pipeline,reduce the influence of abnormal operations such as oxygen burning drainage and bare pouring on the cleanliness of molten steel,and improve the quality of tube billet.In this paper,the influences of ladle condition,hot repair operation,use times and shape of Efurnace outlet,Efurnace outlet operation,smelting material and physical and chemical properties of drainage sand on the self-opening rate of ladle were deeply analyzed.In addition,from the aspects of adjusting ladle outlet position,optimizing the shape of outlet,improving the corrosion resistance of brick,standardizing hot repair operation and optimizing the physical and chemical indexes of drainage sand,etc.,The measures to improve the automatic casting rate of ladle are put forward.After taking the above measures,the automatic pouring rate of ladle was increased from 90.4%to more than 99%.
