摘　　要：目的:探讨专科护士主导的多维协同护理服务对淋巴瘤患者的影响。方法:选取2021年5月1日~2022年8月1日血液科收治的60例淋巴瘤患者,采用抛硬币随机法分为多维协同组和常规组各30例,常规组予以淋巴瘤常规治疗及一般干预,多维协同组在此基础上实施专科护士主导的多维协同护理服务;比较两组干预前后应对方式[采用中文版医学应对问卷(MCMQ)]、遵医行为、心理弹性[采用中文版Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、生活质量[采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQO-LI)]、住院时间、护理满意度。结果:干预3个月后,两组屈服、回避评分低于干预前(P<0.05),且多维协同组低于常规组(P<0.05);干预3个月后,两组面对评分及CD-RISC、GQO-LI评分高于干预前(P<0.05),且多维协同组高于常规组(P<0.05);多维协同组遵医行为优于常规组(P<0.05),住院时间短于常规组(P<0.05),护患沟通、护理技术、认知水平方面的护理满意度评分及总分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:专科护士主导的多维协同护理服务能改善淋巴瘤患者的心理弹性及应对方式,缩短住院时间,改善遵医行为,提升生活质量及护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing service led by specialist nurses on lymphoma patients.Methods:A total of 60 patients with lymphoma admitted from May 1,2021 to August 1,2022 were selected and randomly divided into a multi-dimensional collaboration group and a conventional group by flipping a coin,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was given routine treatment and general intervention of lymphoma,and the multi-dimensional collaboration group was given multi-dimensional collaborative nursing services led by specialist nurses on this basis.The coping style(MCMQ),compliance behavior,psychological resilience(CD-RISC),quality of life(GQO-LI),length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After 3 months of intervention,the yield and avoidance scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those of the multi-dimensional collaboration group were lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the facing scores,CD-RISC and GQO-LI scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of multi-dimensional collaboration group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).The compliance behavior of the multi-dimensional collaboration group was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction scores and total scores of nurse-patient communication,nursing skills and cognitive level were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multi-dimensional collaborative nursing service led by specialist nurses can improve the psychological resilience and coping style of lymphoma patients,shorten the length of hospital stay,and improve the compliance behavior,the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
