摘　　要：目的:探讨基于信息化平台联合业务流程再造(BPR)理论在手术患者周转流程中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月1日~6月30日收治的165例手术患者作为对照组,实施传统院内制订的手术患者周转流程路径管理模式;选取2022年1月1日~6月30日收治的165例手术患者作为观察组,实施基于信息化平台联合BPR理论的手术患者周转流程管理模式。比较两组手术室利用率、手术接台时间、患者满意度及医生满意度。结果:观察组手术室利用率、患者满意度及医生满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);观察组手术接台时间短于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:通过基于信息化平台结合BPR理论进行分析和优化手术患者周转流程,可提高手术患者周转效率,减少医疗资源的浪费,提升医疗服务质量。Objective:To discuss the application effect of information platform combined with business process reengineering(BPR)theory in the turnover process reengeering of surgery patients.Methods:A total of 165 surgery patients admitted from January 1 to June 30,2021 were selected as the control group,and the conventional management mode formulated by the hospital was implemented in the turnover process of surgery patients.Other 165 surgery patients admitted from January 1 to June 31,2022 were selected as the observation group,and the reengineering management mode of turnover process of surgery patients was applied based on BPR theory.The operating room utilization rate,interval time between operations,satisfaction of patients and doctors were compared between the two groups.Results:The utilization rate of operating room,satisfaction of patients and doctors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).The interval time between operations in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The reengineering turnover process of surgery patients based on the information platform combined with BPR theory can improve the turnover efficiency,reduce the waste of medical resources and improve the quality of medical services.
