摘 要:大麦叶斑病严重影响大麦产量和品质,且近年来在内蒙古自治区愈发严重,培育抗病品种是防控该病发生的最经济有效途径。抗病品种的培育关键是摸清生态区优势致病生理小种、抗病种质资源筛选、骨干亲本的改良。从大麦叶斑病发病规律与危害、麦根腐平脐蠕孢菌的遗传变异、抗叶斑病种质资源的筛选鉴定、抗叶斑病基因/QTLs挖掘、抗叶斑病育种培育等方面对现有研究进行了归纳总结,并对下一步研究进行了展望。Barley leaf spot disease seriously affects the yield and quality of barley,and in recent years it has become increasingly severe in Inner Mongolia,cultivating disease-resistant varieties is the most economical and effective way to prevent and control the occurrence of the disease.The key to developing disease-resistant varieties lies in identifying the dominant pathogenic physiological strains within the ecological zone,screening for disease-resistant germplasm resources,and improvement of the backbone parental lines.In this paper,we summarised the existing studies on the pathogenesis and damage caused by barley leaf spot disease,genetic variation of wheat root rot and flat umbilical helminths,screening and identification of leaf spot resistant germplasm resources,mining of leaf spot resistant genes/QTLs,and breeding of leaf spot resistant varieties,with a view to providing a basis for the selection and prospected of the future research.
