摘　　要：基于交织与共生的视角,对“两创”机制下历史街区(建筑)的保护与更新策略进行研究,分析了文化传承、功能提升、环境改善及社区参与等关键要素,进一步阐述了历史街区(建筑)的文化价值及其在现代城市发展中的重要作用。通过深入挖掘和传承文化遗产,优化与拓展街区功能,改善居住环境和公共空间品质,倡导社区参与和共同管理,以期实现历史街区(建筑)的可持续发展,为相关领域建设提供有益的参考与借鉴。Based on the perspective of interweaving and symbiosis, this paper studies the protection and renewal strategies of historical blocks(buildings) under the “Two Innovations” mechanism, analyzes key elements such as cultural inheritance, functional improvement, environmental improvement, and community participation, and further elaborates on the cultural value of historical blocks(buildings) and their important role in modern urban development. Through in-depth exploration and inheritance of cultural heritage, optimization and expansion of block functions, improvement of living environment and public space quality, advocacy of community participation and joint management, in order to achieve sustainable development of historical blocks(buildings) and provide useful references and lessons for the construction of related fields.
