摘　　要：为解决石墨烯/ABS复合材料导热不绝缘,采用夹层式结构制备ABS基导热绝缘材料。通过混炼分别得到石墨烯/ABS、六方氮化硼(hBN)/ABS复合材料,再将hBN/ABS对石墨烯/ABS进行包覆,得到了hBN/ABS—石墨烯/ABS—hBN/ABS夹层式结构的导热绝缘材料。研究了石墨烯含量和夹层厚度对ABS基导热绝缘材料标准试样的热导率、电阻率的影响,发现,包覆了hBN/ABS绝缘层后的夹层式结构试样,石墨烯填料对导热性能的提升作用幅度减小,此时,材料受氮化硼/ABS绝缘层热传导的影响较大,与改性前的ABS相比,复合材料导热性能得到较大的改善,同时,复合材料阻值达1×1010数量级,成为绝缘体。To solve the problem of Graphene/ABS composite with high thermal conductivity but without electrical insulation,a sandwich structure was designed to prepare ABS thermal conductivity and electrical insulation materials.First,Graphene/ABS composite and hexagonal Boron nitride(hBN)/ABS composite were obtained respectively by melt mixing,and then the hBN/ABS composite coated with Graphene/ABS composite to obtain ABS matrix composite,that had hBN/ABS-Graphene/ABS-hBN/ABS sandwich structure.The effects of Graphene content and interlayer thickness on the thermal conductivity and resistance of the standard sample of the sandwich structure composite were experimentally studied.It was found that for the sandwich structure sample coated with hBN/ABS insulation layer,Graphene filler had a smaller effect on the thermal conductivity.At this time,the material was more affected by the thermal conductivity of hBN/ABS insulation layer.Although it significantly reduced the thermal conductivity of the composite,compared with the ABS matrix before modification,there was still a significant improvement in the thermal conductivity of composite materials,and it also made the composite material an electrical insulator with a resistance value of 1×1010 orders of magnitude.
