摘 要:Vitrimer材料通过引入共价键自适应性网络(CANs),在光或热的条件下,可激活共价键的键交换反应,实现分子链的断裂和重组,从而改变热固性材料交联网络的拓扑结构,赋予vitrimer热固性材料较好的可加工性,为热固性材料的回收再利用提供了全新的研究思路。结合近年来vitrimer材料的研究进程,综述了vitrimer材料的研究背景和特性,阐述了基于酯交换、亚胺交换、二硫键交换和多重动态键的vitrimer材料的机制及其性能,结合工业界vitrimer的应用场景,阐述了vitrimer在可回收型防火材料、粘合剂和3D打印上的应用研究进展,并对vitrimer材料的发展前景进行展望。Vitrimer materials have the capability to trigger covalent bond exchange reactions under both light and heat conditions.This is achieved by introducing covalent bond adaptive networks(CANs)which bring about molecular chain breakage and recombination.As a result,this brings about a change in the topological structure of thermosetting cross-linking networks,thus granting thermosetting materials with superior processability.This breakthrough provides a novel research approach for recycling and reusing thermosetting polymers.Around the research process of vitrimer materials in recent years.It summarizes and comments objectively on the research background and characteristics of vitrimer materials.It also elaborates on the mechanism and performance of vitrimer materials based on ester exchange,imine exchange,disulfide bond exchange,and multiple dynamic bonds.Additionally,it lists the advances in research on vitrimer in recyclable fireproof materials,adhesives,and 3D printing.The paper explores the application scenarios of vitrimer in the industry and analyses the potential development prospects of vitrimer materials.
