摘  要:采用三聚氰胺与三氯氧磷合成了一种新型的无卤阻燃剂,其分子结构中有N、P2种阻燃元素。通过分析得到合成的最佳工艺条件为三氯氧磷与三聚氰胺的摩尔比为1/3,在合成产物的一步控制下,在100℃下反应8h,反应产率最高可达到95.7%。利用红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁(1H-NMR)等测试方法对合成目标产物进行结构表征,采用差热分析法(TG-DTA)测试合成产物的热稳定性。将产物添加到环氧树脂及PBT中,测试产物的阻燃性能。结果表明,将合成的无卤阻燃剂加入环氧树脂中,当阻燃剂的含量为16%时,其LOI值提高至32%,属于难燃级别。将合成的无卤阻燃剂加入聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)中,当阻燃产物的含量为20%,其LOI值可达到31%,具有较好的阻燃效果。Phosphorus oxychloride and melamine were used to synthesize novel halogen-free flame retardants,which contained phosphorus and nitrogen in its molecular structure.The optimal process conditions for synthesis were discussed,that was,the molar ratio of phosphorus oxychloride to melamine was 1/3,and the reaction yield was 95.7%at 100℃for 8 h under one-step control of the synthetic product.Infrared spectrum(FTIR)and nuclear magnetic(1 H-NMR)and characterization methods were applied to identify the synthesized target products’structure.The thermal stability of the products was characterized by thermal analysis(TG-DTA).The synthetic product was respectively added to epoxy resin and PBT to test the flame retardant performance.The results showed the LOI value of the epoxy resins increased with the additive amount of phosphoryl melamine,and reached 32%,fire retardant grade when the amount of synthesized target flame retardant was 16%.As the amount of synthetic product added to PBT was 20%,its LOI value reached 31%,achieving a better flame retardant effect.
