摘 要:常压下,采用预聚合的工艺,以尼龙56(PA56)盐、己内酰胺(CPL)为反应原料,利用熔融缩聚方法制备了5种不同共聚比例的PA56/6,采用FTIR、1H-NMR及13C-NMR表征了PA56/6的化学结构,采用TG、XRD、DSC、POM及万能试验机等研究不同CPL比例对PA56/6的热稳定性、晶型、熔融及结晶温度、结晶形态及力学性能的影响。研究表明,PA56/6的热稳定性与PA56较接近,晶区主要为γ晶型,随着CPL比例的增加,结晶温度及熔融温度均降低,结晶度降低,聚合物结晶形态由较大球晶变为细小晶粒,有利于抗冲击强度的提升。采用50L间歇釜进行PA56/6的聚合放大试验,采用注塑成型制备试样,与PA56相比,PA56/6(CPL含量20%)塑料的断裂伸长率增大了47.6%,缺口冲击强度增大了33.3%,PA56/6的韧性得到提升。Under atmospheric pressure,a pre-polymerization process was employed to prepare PA56/6 copolymers with five different compositions using PA56 salt and CPL as reactants.The chemical structure of PA56/6 was characterized using FTIR,1 H-NMR and 13 C-NMR.The effects of different CPL contents on the thermal stability,crystalline structure,melting and crystallization temperatures,crystalline form,and mechanical properties of PA56/6 were investigated using TG,XRD,DSC,POM,and universal test machine.The results showed that PA56/6 exhibited thermal stability comparable to PA56 and mainly exhibited theγ-crystalline phase.With increasing CPL content,the crystallization and melting temperatures decreased,the crystallinity decreased,and the polymer crystalline morphology transformed from larger spherulites to smaller grains,resulting in improved impact resistance.Using a 50 L intermittent kettle,the PA56/6 polymerization scale-up test was performed,and the specimens were made by injection molding.In comparison to PA56,PA56/6(with 20%CPL content)exhibited a 47.6%increase in elongation at break and a 33.3%increase in notched impact strength,indicating an enhancement in toughness for PA56/6.
