摘 要:以环氧大豆油(ESO)为增容剂,采用熔融共混法制备了聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)/聚乳酸(PLA)生物降解复合材料。红外光谱测试结果表明,ESO中的环氧官能团与PBAT及PLA端羧基发生增容反应,形成PBAT-co-ESO-co-PLA,提高了共混物的相容性。增容效应导致PBAT与PLA玻璃化转变温度逐渐接近,促进了PLA在基体中均匀分散。加入ESO后,PBAT、PLA的熔融温度及结晶温度显著降低,结晶行为受到抑制。动态流变测试结果表明,与PBAT及PBAT/PLA共混物相比,PBAT/PLA/ESO共混物的黏度及模量较大,证明了ESO引起的增容反应提高了界面相互作用及熔融强度。与PBAT/PLA复合材料相比,PBAT/PLA/ESO共混物的刚韧平衡更佳,当ESO含量为6%时,共混物的最大断裂应变为792%,断裂强度为35.7MPa,分别为PBAT/PLA复合材料的2.1、3.1倍。Polybutylene terephthalate(PBAT)/polylactic acid(PLA)biodegradable composite were prepared by melt blending method with epoxy soybean oil(ESO)as compatibilizer.The infrared spectroscopy test results confirmed that the epoxy functional groups in ESO underwent compatibilization reactions with the carboxyl end groups of PBAT and PLA,forming PBAT-co-ESO-co-PLA,which improved the compatibility of the blends.The compatibilization effect caused the glass transition temperature of PBAT and PLA to approach each other,promoting the uniform dispersion of PLA in the matrix.The addition of ESO resulted in a decrease in the melting and crystallization temperatures of PBAT and PLA,and inhibited their crystallization behavior.Dynamic rheological testing showed that PBAT/PLA/MG blends had higher complex viscosity and modulus than PBAT and PBAT/PLA blends,indicating that the compatibilization reaction caused by ESO improved interface interaction and melting strength.Compared with PBAT/PLA,PBAT/PLA/ESO blends exhibited better stiffness and toughness balance.When the ESO content was 6%,the maximum fracture strain of the blend was 792%,and the fracture strength was 35.7 MPa,which was 2.1 times and 3.1 times that of PBAT/PLA respectively.
