摘 要:引导骨再生(GBR)技术是一种利用屏障膜实现骨组织再生的治疗方法。其良好的屏蔽作用可快速诱导骨形成,有效促进骨再生。在长骨骨缺损修复中,缺损处覆盖材料的选择对修复效果至关重要,而屏障膜则是影响GBR疗效的主要决定因素。屏障膜使骨缺损处形成相对稳定的空间,防止纤维组织生长嵌入骨缺损处造成骨不连续,选择性地使损伤处新生骨组织再生、长入,修复受损伤骨组织,从而达到骨性愈合。本文将从屏障膜的分类及各类膜的研究进展等方面进行综述,以期为研发理想的GBR技术治疗骨缺损提供参考。The guided bone regeneration(GBR)technology is a treatment that uses a barrier membrane to achieve bone tissue regeneration.It can rapidly induce bone formation and effectively promote bone regeneration due to the good shielding effect.To repair bone defects in long bones,the selection of the covering material is crucial,and the barrier membrane is the main determinant of the curative efficacy of GBR.The barrier membrane makes a relatively stable space at the bone defect,prevents fibrous tissue growth from embedding the bone defect to cause bone discontinuity,selectively regenerates new bone tissue at the injury site,and then repairs the injured bone tissue,thus achieving osseous healing.In this review,the classification of barrier membranes and the research progress of various types of membranes were summarized,to provide reference for the development of an ideal GBR technology for the treatment of bone defects.
