摘 要:为了摆脱车辆对真空源及真空度、气压等的限制,文章提出一种采用高压蓄能液压助力制动系统代替传统真空助力器;然后通过采用高压蓄能液压助力制动系统在某商用轻卡车辆进行制动选型的理论计算校核,替代原车真空助力器进行实车改制、调试匹配;最后进行制动性能对比测试。结果表明,该系统在制动性能及踏板感上均优于真空助力器,支持4.5t以上大吨位载重,通过该方案的理论分析与实车改制测试,结果符合预期,具备一定的工程应用价值。In order to get rid of the restrictions of vacuum source,vacuum degree and air pressure,this paper proposes a high pressure storage hydraulic power brake system instead of the traditional vacuum booster.Then through the theoretical calculation and verification of the high pressure storage hydraulic power brake system for brake selection in a commercial light truck vehicle,replacing the original vacuum booster for real vehicle restructuring,debugging and matching.Finally,the braking performance is tested.The results show that the system is superior to the vacuum booster in braking performance and pedal feeling,and supports large tonnage load above 4.5 t.Through theoretical analysis and real vehicle restructuring test,the results are in line with expectations and have certain engineering application value.
