摘　　要：三焦是周身气机运行的通道,气机升降正常,水谷运化循常道,气血津液布散而濡养周身。三焦气机不利,上、中、下焦通道闭塞,故大便难行。朱莹教授治疗功能性便秘主张从三焦分而治之,总以调畅三焦气机为法,提出上焦宜宣、中焦宜健、下焦宜补的原则,分别予以宣肺降气、疏肝健脾、益肾温阳之法,三法并进,随证加减,以达疏利三焦之效。同时重视功能性便秘患者的健康教育和心理疏导。Triple energizers is the channel for the circulation of Qi throughout the body.When Qi flows normally and the functions of water and food transformation proceed as usual,Qi,blood,and body fluids can be distributed to nourish the entire body.When Qi movement in the triple energizers is inhibited,the channels in upper,middle and lower energizers are closed,resulting in difficult bowel movement.Professor ZHU Ying advocates that treating functional constipation should be performed by separately treating the three energizers.He proposed a method of regulating Qi movement in the triple energizers and put forward the principles of diffusing upper energizer,fortifying middle energizer,and supplementing lower energizer.Therefore,he has generated the treatment method:diffusing the lung to down-bear Qi,soothing the liver and fortifying the spleen,and replenishing the kidney and warming yang.These three methods are usually applied together and medicinals used should be adjusted according to the specific condition to achieve the effect of unblocking triple energizers.He also pay attention to health education and psychological counseling for patients with functional constipation,and the clinical efficacy is significant.
