摘 要:针对油气集输管道存在的腐蚀问题,分析了油气集输管道材质、管外腐蚀和管内腐蚀等因素。总结了管道腐蚀的化学腐蚀机理与电化学腐蚀机理,化学腐蚀的同时往往伴有电化学腐蚀,电化学腐蚀较为常见,危害也较严重。系统地介绍了管道选材、涂层防护、阴极保护和缓蚀剂防护多种防护措施,指出将多种防腐蚀技术组合形成联合防护技术是未来的发展方向。According to the corrosion problems of the gathering and gas pipeline,the pipeline material,external corrosion and internal corrosion were analyzed;the chemical corrosion mechanism and electrochemical corrosion mechanism of pipeline corrosion were summarized,chemical corrosion was often accompanied by electrochemical corrosion,electrochemical corrosion was more common,and the harm was also more serious;multiple protective measures including pipeline material selection,coating protection,cathode protection and corrosion inhibitor protection measures were systematically introduced,and pointed that joint protection technology combined of corrosion technologies was the future development direction.
