摘 要:钻孔桩是我国铁路桥涵工程中常用的基础形式,是应用较为普遍的技术措施,工艺简单,施工效率高,具有良好的适应性。钻孔桩基础结构属于地下隐蔽工程,同时受地质、地理位置影响,施工难度高,因此,做好施工技术控制是保证桩基质量的重要环节。文章基于具体工程案例,分析了钻孔桩施工中护筒制作及埋设、钻孔、钢筋笼制作与安装、水下混凝土灌注四个核心施工环节的技术控制要点,旨在为钻孔桩施工技术控制提供参考,保证技术实施质量。Bored pile is a common foundation form in railway bridge and culvert engineering in China.It is a widely used technical measure with simple process,high construction efficiency and good adaptability.The bored pile foundation structure belongs to underground concealed engineering,which is affected by geology and geographical location,and the construction is difficult.Therefore,good construction technology control is an important link to ensure the quality of pile foundation.Based on the specifi c engineering case,this paper analyzes the technical control points of four core construction links in the construction of bored piles,namely,the production and embedding of protective tubes,hole drilling,the production and installation of reinforcement cages,and underwater concrete pouring,in order to provide reference for the control of bored pile construction technology and ensure the quality of technology implementation.
