摘 要:针对桥面铺装层抗剪强度低的问题,文章开展了超高性能混凝土(UHPC)钢桥面铺装层施工技术研究,以神农湖大桥桥面铺装层施工为例,在明确其工程概况的基础上,通过超高性能混凝土钢主桥钢箱梁拌和加工、喷砂除锈与结构焊接、防腐涂层喷涂与钢筋网绑扎、UHPC铺装与养护等施工技术,完成了铺装层施工。通过分析该工程的实施效果,证明通过实施该施工工艺,桥面抗剪强度显著提升,桥面使用寿命得到延长。Aiming at the problem of low shear strength of bridge deck pavement,this paper studies the construction technology of Ultra-High Performance Concrete(UHPC)steel bridge deck pavement.Taking the bridge deck pavement construction of Shennong Lake Bridge as an example,on the basis of clarifying its engineering overview,the pavement construction is completed through the construction technologies of steel box girder mixing processing,sand blasting for rust removal and structural welding,anti-corrosion coating spraying and steel mesh binding,UHPC paving and maintenance of UHPC steel main bridge.By analyzing the implementation effect of the engineering,it is proved that the shear strength of the bridge deck is signifi cantly improved and the service life of the bridge deck is prolonged by implementing the construction process.
