摘　　要：BIM技术是工程建设行业由二维设计跨向三维信息化模型的重大技术变革成果,被广泛应用于建筑工程,但在市政工程中的使用率较低。城市管网是市政工程的重要一部分,在更新和扩容的过程中,需要对其进行空间可视化建设和管理。在此背景下,文章首先介绍了市政管网的现状,提出了BIM技术应用的影响因素,在此基础上,探讨了详细的BIM技术推广对策。BIM technology is a major technological innovation achievement in the engineering construction industry from two-dimensional design to three-dimensional information modelling.It is widely used in construction engineering,but its utilization rate in municipal engineering is low.Urban pipe network is an important part of municipal engineering.In the process of renewal and expansion,it is necessary to carry out spatial visualization construction and management.In this context,this paper first introduces the current situation of municipal pipe network,and puts forward the infl uencing factors of BIM technology application.On this basis,it discusses the detailed BIM technology promotion measures.
