摘 要:文章以汽轮机组振动故障为切入点,探讨了电厂运行期间汽轮机组的振动形态,深入探究振动故障的成因,多方面总结振动问题造成的危害。首先,加深工作人员对汽轮机组振动问题的了解程度,明确问题解决思路。随后,立足振动特征,从故障诊断与维修角度出发,提出多项处理措施。旨在最大限度地消除汽轮机组振动故障造成的实质性影响,保证电厂生产活动安全。Taking the vibration fault of steam turbine unit as the breakthrough point,this paper discusses the vibration form of steam turbine unit during the operation of power plant,deeply explores the causes of vibration fault,and summarizes the harm caused by vibration problem in many aspects.Firstly,deepen the staff's understanding of the vibration problem of the steam turbine unit and clarify the solution to the problem.Then,based on the vibration characteristics,a number of treatment measures are proposed from the perspective of fault diagnosis and maintenance.The purpose is to eliminate the substantial infl uence caused by the vibration fault of the steam turbine unit to the greatest extent and ensure the safety of the production activities in the power plant.
