摘　　要：公路工程管理是一个复杂而重要的领域,需要综合考虑多方面因素。文章针对项目规划与设计、资金管理与预算控制、施工管理与监督、质量管理与安全保障等关键要素,提出了详细的内容描述,涵盖了各方面的重要内容和方法。此外,还深入探讨了技术创新与应用、风险管理与应对、合作与沟通等新型策略,以供参考。Highway engineering management is a complex and important field,which needs to consider many factors.This paper puts forward a detailed content description of the key elements of project planning and design,fund management and budget control,construction management and supervision,quality management and safety assurance,covering all aspects of important content and methods.In addition,new strategies such as technological innovation and application,risk management and response,cooperation and communication are also discussed in depth for reference.
