摘　　要：颞动脉炎为风邪入侵,气血阻滞,引动内风,内外合邪所致。颞动脉炎的发生以外风为主,同时兼夹它邪致病,表现出不同的临床症状。治疗上常从风论治,以疏散外风为主,兼顾养血祛风、平息内风,调理脏腑气机。Temporal arteritis is caused by pathogenic wind invading,stagnation of qi and blood stasis,stirring endo-wind and endopathogen combining with exopathogen.The occurrence of temporal arteritis is dominated by exo-wind,and at the same time,it is intermingled with other disease-causing pathogens,which shows the different clinical symptoms.The treatment is often based on the theory of wind,which mainly is to disperse exo-wind,and takes into account nourishing blood with expelling wind,calming endo-wind and regulating qi movement of Zang-Fu organs.
