归肾丸合生化汤对人流术后子宫内膜修复的影响

摘  要:目的:观察归肾丸合生化汤对人流术后子宫内膜修复的临床疗效。方法:将200名人工流产患者随机分为两组各100例。对照组予戊酸雌二醇片及地屈孕酮片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予中药归肾丸合生化汤治疗,两组均治疗3个月经周期,观察两组患者月经首次复潮时间、子宫内膜厚度及宫腔黏连的发生等情况。结果:患者月经首次复潮时间两组比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。治疗组患者子宫内膜平均(7.23±1.57)mm,对照组(5.08±1.40)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:归肾丸合生化汤对多次人工流产患者子宫内膜修复有促进作用,可刺激子宫内膜生长、增厚。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Guishen pill and Shenghua decoction on endometrial repair after induced abortion.Methods:200 cases of patients with induced abortion were randomly divided into two groups,100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets and dydrogesterone tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with Chinese herbal medicine Guishen pill and Shenghua decoction on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles.Time of first menses return,endometrial thickness and intrauterine adhesion,etc.of patients were observed in two groups.Results:Compared the time of first menses return of patients between two groups,the difference was statistically unsignificant(P﹥0.05).The endometrium of patients in the treatment group was(7.23±1.57)mm averagely,while that in the control group was(5.08±1.40)mm averagely,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Guishen pill and Shenghua decoction have a promoting effect on endometrial repair of patients with multiple induced abortion,which can stimulate the growth and thickening of endometrium.
