摘 要:为探究采空区O_(2)体积分数对煤自燃放热反应的影响,通过STA-449-F3型同步热分析仪对不同O_(2)体积分数下的煤样进行测试,并利用不同O_(2)体积分数下的DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry,差示扫描量热法)、DDSC(Derivative Differential Scanning Calorimetry,微分差示扫描量热法)曲线,对煤样进行了热流曲线变化观察及特征温度分析。同时,对不同O_(2)体积分数下的放热量进行了测定,以评估O_(2)体积分数对煤放热热效应的影响。实验结果表明,随着O_(2)体积分数的降低,煤样的特征温度逐渐降低,其中特征温度t_(1)变化较小,t_(2)点(热流φ=0 mW/mg)随着O_(2)体积分数的减小,沿着X轴正方向局部偏移,t_3点(φ=φ_(max))随着O_(2)体积分数的降低,表现为后移现象。通过进一步分析验证得出,在不同O_(2)体积分数条件下,煤自燃过程中的放热反应存在明显差异,低O_(2)体积分数对煤自燃放热反应有明显的抑制作用。揭示了O_(2)体积分数对煤自燃放热反应的重要性,并为进一步理解采空区煤自燃机制提供了新的实验依据。In order to investigate the effect of O_(2) volume fraction in goaf on the exothermic reaction of spontaneous coal combustion,coal samples at different O_(2) volume fractions were tested by STA-449-F3 simultaneous thermal analyser.DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimetry)and DDSC(Derivative Differential Scanning Calorimetry)curves under different O_(2) volume fractions were used to observe the change of heat flow curves and analyze the characteristic temperature of coal samples.The exothermic amount under different O_(2) volume fractions was measured to assess the influence of O_(2) volume fraction on the exothermic thermal effect of coal.The experimental results showed that the characteristic temperatures of coal samples gradually decreased with the decrease of O_(2) volume fractions,and the characteristic temperature t_(1) changed little,the t_(2) point(thermal currentφ=0 mW/mg)shifted locally along the positive direction of X axis with the decrease of O_(2) volume fraction,t3 point(φ=φ_(max))showed a lag phenomenon with the decrease of O_(2) volume fraction.Through further analysis and verification,it was concluded that the exothermic reactions during spontaneous combustion of coal under different O_(2) volume fraction conditions were significantly different,and and the low O_(2) volume fraction had an obvious inhibitory effect on the exothermic reactions of spontaneous combustion of coal.The importance of O_(2) volume fraction for the exothermic reaction of coal spontaneous combustion was revealed,and a new experimental basis for further understanding the spontaneous combustion mechanism of coal in the goaf was provided.
