摘 要:为提升火电厂烟气脱硝效率,以X火电厂SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction,选择性催化还原法)烟气脱硝系统为例,研究解析了SCR技术的基本原理与节能减排政策对火电厂的影响,基于催化剂选择、反应器设计、温度管理及氨逃逸抑制等关键技术,进行了火电厂SCR烟气脱硝系统设计,并通过对X火电厂实际运行数据的收集分析,评估系统的脱硝效率、经济性、环境影响等。结果表明,火电厂SCR烟气脱硝系统不仅能降低NO_x排放,满足严格的环保标准,还具有较好的经济效益与环境可持续性,可促进火电厂节能减排目标的实现。In order to improve the flue gas denitrification efficiency of thermal power plants,taking SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction)flue gas denitrification system of X Thermal Power Plant as an example,the basic principles of SCR technology and the influence of energy conservation and emission reduction policies on thermal power plant were studied and analyzed.Based on the key technologies such as catalyst selection,reactor design,temperature management and ammonia escape inhibition,the SCR flue gas denitration system of the thermal power plant was designed.Through the collection and analysis of the actual operation data of X Thermal Power Plant,the denitration efficiency,economy and environmental impact of the system were evaluated.The results showed that SCR flue gas denitration system can not only reduce NO_(x) emission,meet the strict environmental protection standards,but also had better economic benefits and environmental sustainability,and can promote the realization of energy conservation and emission reduction goals of thermal power plants.
