摘 要:在气田开采中,受到采深的影响,产水井逐渐增多,见水形势逐渐严峻,需要做好排水采气技术应用,提高气藏的采收效率。以一超深、高温、高压气井的生产实际为例,先进行了气田基本地质概述,然后讨论了常用的泡沫排水技术。结合实际采气工况的需要,从技术原理、技术优点、气举技术流程设计等方面提出了气举排水技术,经过试验,该技术在超深、高温、高压气井中有着良好的排水采气效果。最后,对气举排水技术进行了工艺升级,以弥补其管理、工艺流程等方面的不足,实现安全可靠开采。In gas field exploitation,due to the influence of mining depth,the number of water production wells is gradually increasing,and the situation of water breakthrough is becoming increasingly severe.It is necessary to apply drainage and gas production technology well to improve the recovery efficiency of gas reservoirs.Taking the production practice of an ultra deep,high temperature and high pressure gas well as an example,the basic geology of the gas field was summarized first,and then the commonly used foam drainage technology was discussed.Based on the needs of actual gas production conditions,gas lift drainage technology was proposed from the aspects of technical principles,technical advantages,and gas lift technology process design.After testing,this technology showed good drainage gas recovery effects in ultra deep,high-temperature,and high-pressure gas wells.Finally,the gas lift drainage technology was upgraded to make up for its shortcomings in management,technological process,and other aspects,achieving safe and reliable mining.
