摘 要:为实现对山西省A煤矿11303运输巷粉尘的高效治理,综合应用干式除尘器、附壁风筒及监测技术、智能控制技术等构建综掘巷道智能除尘系统,对系统现场布置情况及工程应用效果进行了分析。现场应用后,智能除尘系统取得了显著的粉尘治理效果,掘进迎头除尘效率超过96.4%,巷道迎头环境质量得以明显改善,为巷道快速掘进创造了良好条件。To achieve efficient dust control in 11303 transportation roadway of A Coal Mine in Shanxi Province,an intelligent dust removal system for the fully mechanized excavation roadway was constructed by comprehensively applying dry dust collectors,wall attached air ducts and monitoring technology,intelligent control technology,etc.The on-site layout of the system and the engineering application effect were analyzed.After on-site application,the intelligent dust removal system achieved significant dust control effects,with a dust removal efficiency of over 96.4%at the front of the tunnel.The environmental quality at the front of the tunnel was significantly improved,creating favorable conditions for rapid tunnel excavation.
