摘 要:针对寺河矿大采高工作面末采期间煤壁片帮冒顶问题,对寺河矿5303工作面超前支承压力分布规律、深孔预注浆加固机理、合理注浆加固时机进行了深入分析,通过优选注浆材料及工艺,提出了超前深孔预注浆、撤架通道预注浆、工作面浅孔注浆耦合加固方案。实践表明,深孔预注浆加固方案的应用效果良好,末采期间煤帮基本保持平整,未出现大范围、大深度的片帮现象,工作面最后15 m仅用3 d时间便顺利回采完成,有效确保了支架回撤期间生产的安全性。In response to the problem of roof fall during the final mining period of the working face with large mining height in Sihe Coal Mine,in-depth analysis of the distribution law of advanced support pressure,deep hole pre-grouting reinforcement mechanism,and reasonable grouting reinforcement timing of 5303 working face in Sihe Coal Mine was carried out,and though optimizing the grouting materials and processes,a coupling reinforcement scheme of advanced deep-hole pre-grouting,pregrouting of the removal channel,and shallow-hole grouting of the working face was proposed.Practice showed that the deep-hole pre-grouting reinforcement achieved good application results;during the final mining period,the coal slope was basically flat,and there was no large-scale or deep fragmentation phenomenon;the last 15 m of the working face was successfully mined in just 3 d,ensuring safe production during the support withdrawal period.
