摘 要:将榆树坡煤矿2号煤层2采区的提升绞车作为研究对象,对现有调速方式存在的缺陷进行了梳理,提出了采用变频调速技术替代传统串电阻调速的改造方案,并通过实践改造和设置参数,论证了变频调速系统在提升绞车中的应用效果。实测数据表明,变频调速系统实现了绞车的软启动、软停止,有效提高了煤矿的生产效率,且节能效果显著,同时具备了全面的保护功能,能够确保提升机的安全运行。Taking the lifting winch in the 2nd mining area of the No.2 coal seam of Yushupo Coal Mine as the research object,the shortcomings of the existing speed regulation methods were sorted out,and a transformation scheme using frequency conversion speed regulation technology to replace traditional series resistance speed regulation was proposed.Through practical transformation and parameter setting,the application effect of the frequency conversion speed regulation system in the lifting winch was demonstrated.The measured data shows that the variable frequency speed control system achieves soft start and soft stop of the winch,improves the production efficiency of the coal mine,and achieves significant energy-saving effects.At the same time,it has comprehensive protection functions,which can ensure the safe operation of the hoist.
