摘 要:在当前的煤矿开采中,运输机作为关键的煤炭运输设备,有着运行维护简单、转运效率高及成本低等特点。不过在实际的煤炭运输中,存在较明显的撒煤现象,且借助传统的尾煤清理装置无法对煤渣进行高效清理,在煤渣多度积累中存在粉尘爆炸和运输机运转故障等隐患。为此,以一煤矿的煤炭运输为例,分析尾煤清理现状及问题,针对性地提出尾煤清理装置的优化方案。最后,对尾煤清理装置进行试验应用,以期可以提高带式输送机运煤中的煤渣清理效果,提高井下开采效率。In current coal mining,conveyor,as a key coal transportation equipment,has the characteristics of simple operation and maintenance,high transportation efficiency,and low cost.However,in actual coal transportation,there is a significant phenomenon of coal scattering,and traditional tail coal cleaning devices cannot efficiently clean coal slag.There are hidden dangers such as dust explosions and transport machine operation failures in the accumulation of coal slag.Therefore,taking the coal transportation of a certain coal mine as an example,the current situation and problems of tail coal cleaning were analyzed,and targeted optimization plans for tail coal cleaning devices were proposed.Finally,experimental applications were conducted on the tail coal cleaning device in order to improve the coal slag cleaning effect during coal transportation by belt conveyors and enhance underground mining efficiency.
