摘　　要：研究了当前煤矿电气设备安全管理存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。通过对设备安全现状的分析,发现煤矿电气设备在安全管理方面存在着设备老化、维护不足和监测预警系统不健全等问题。为应对这些挑战,提出了定期维护和更新设备、加强培训与意识教育、完善监测和预警机制等对策。这些对策旨在提高电气设备的安全性,降低事故发生的可能性,从而确保煤矿工作环境的安全稳定。The existing problems in the safety management of electrical equipment in coal mines were studied,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.Through the analysis of the current situation of equipment safety,it was found that there were some problems in the safety management of electrical equipment in coal mine,such as equipment aging,insufficient maintenance and unsound monitoring and warning system.In order to cope with these challenges,countermeasures such as regular maintenance and updating of equipment,strengthening training and awareness education,and improving monitoring and early warning mechanisms were proposed.These measures were aimed at improving the safety of electrical equipment and reducing the possibility of accidents,so as to ensure the safety and stability of the working environment in coal mines.
